At Haworth Canada, we stand behind the quality of our home office solutions and offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and custom-configured items are generally non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it in the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Shipping

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and follow the instructions to schedule a carrier pickup or drop the package at a designated location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
